Dear Sir,

I am Satish, using reliannce gsm sim in Guwahati, Assam. My mobile number is 9864064071. I have registered a complaint through reliance customer care executive on 15/12/2013 and my service request number is 213621506. I have internet data balance but whenever i use internet, money is deducted from my main balance. I have complained regarding this to customer care executive but he told me that I have used 3G that's why money was deducted but I didn't use my phone in 3G mode. Let assume I used 3G but why money was deducted from my main balance, It should have been deducted from data balance. I have also tried to talk with senior customer care executive 3-4 times but your customer care executive always put me on hold for 1-2 minutes and then call is disconnected.
Sir, yesterday again money was deducted from my main balance.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
