sir, my idea maharashtra postpaid number is 8888852406.
i bought the sim on the month of october 2013. and the bill of the
first month came on november of rupees 1300. the problem is that: my
number is under the HAPPY 249 PLAN in which 512 mb internet is free.
but i have only used 462 mb internet only in that month. it is written
in the bill also. but an amount of 784 rupees is charged for internet
which is incorrect. i only paid 700 rs out of 1300 as the bill and 600
was pending. i am not willing to pay this extra amount generated not
because of my fault. my service has been disconnected and i sir, my idea postpaid number is 8888852406.

problem. they are saying words like PRO DATA BASIS and new terms and
conditions which is not fair from a reputed company like idea. plz
check my bill and minus the extra amount that is 784 rs and resend the
new bill to me so that i can paythe bill.  i can't pay money for
services which i didn't use. so plz solve this4me. fair from a reputed company like idea. i'm not willing to pay for services that i didn't use. plz check it and help me.
