Complaint Details
i got a message regarding the submission for the documents for the sim card,on visiting the customer care nearby they refused to take the documents and said it is not required and the message sent for the submission of document was by mistake. the next day my sim was not working and was showing "sim registration failed",on complaining in their customer care they said the number is working fine and the sim need to be changed,despite me going with all the necessary documents required there was no replacement sim available.On asking whether i should submit the documents they refused and told me it is not required and i will get the sim next day.
on the next day i.e. 4th Jan 2014, they said the sim has been disconnected i may have to change my existing number and it will be available after 90 days.
despite of visiting the offices from the past 4 days how can they disconnect the number.
i am using it from past 4 yrs and presently have a balance amount of 130 rs and also internet activated.

please help me get my number activated again.
