Complaint Details
I bought a nokia lumia 520 mobile on 19/11/2013 and within a month my phone gets over heated within 5 mins during browsing in normal 2G network.After I have taken my mobile to nokia care in koramangala and they asked me to wait for more than 1 hour and gave me the phone back that now the phone is working fine but the very next day the problem arised and customer care people told me to hand over the phone to the same nokia care center and I did the same. And after 1 week they are saying again that your phone is fine now and asking me to collect again. I have clearly told them that I don't need such a faulty phone again and provide a new phone or money back. They are not willing to accept this and someone from nokia called me that phones tend to heat and that's not a problem.How come I know that they have not replaced any parts in it and that too less than a month. Kindly do the needful.Im hereby attaching all the receipts and job sheets for your reference. Pls get me a new one or Rs 30000 for irresponsible behaviour and selling a faulty phone

1. Over 100 kms travelled twice.2.made us wait for an hour.3. Service centre / customer care people treated us like beggars.4. Traveling charge 1000 and phone charge for calling both customer care & service centre people nearly 30 times and approximate charge Rs 200.
