Complaint Details
i have given the above said VCD player model number-FW-v230 for servicing on 20 June 2012. Repair- CD tray was not ejecting and the plug pin the rear was loose and it had to be tightened or replace a new pin. It is 7 months completed and no were abouts about the item. I have made 30+ visits to the work shop and numerous telephone conversations. I have no proper response. I have contacted several times Philips customer care in Delhi via sms, and chat and sent numerous sms sent. Have received calls from them and after telling them the situation no follow up till date. I now demand an explanation on a letter for the delay in response and need them to replace me with a new unit. i has really caused a lot of inconvenience. Work order enclosed
