Complaint Details
I ordered samsung galaxy tab 2 by paying Rs.13499/- on 26th Dec 2013 and not yet received any delivery against it. i called many times to the 100bestbuy.com and written email but no reply from them. also the customer care executives are saying product is not available with them. My money is blocked from last 10 days. its mentally harassment for me. i request to refund my money as soon as possible.
