Complaint Details
We have got the connection on 7th Jun 2013 and paid (Rs. 5990)for one full year subscription. Unfortunately you the service provider disconnected on 4th Jan 2014 in 7 months. This is unacceptable. After collecting one year money disconnecting in seven months is a major complaint. I have lodged a written complaint through email. Evidence is attached.
