Complaint Details
I had purchased new TATA swach bulb on 23rd Dec 2013 from dealer which is defective and it does not purify the water instead it gives dirty/muddy water. I called customer care on same day and registered complain( No : TSMH2312201336970) however none of your engineers have visited and issue till date. All the multiple follow-up with your team has FAILED. Hence I have purchase alternate filter solution.
Need refund for the above defective product. But company is denying.
