I have made full payment of billing amount BUT reliance refused to restart my service . My FWP - 3331901200. Relationship No. : 500003082596. amount paid : Rs.701.32, Receipt No: AM48178190.

If reliance don't want to restart my service again then they must refund the paid amount with the security deposit hold with them.
