Complaint Details
My number is 9820118262. I have been using Vodafone from the time I have understood there are mobile phones. The number which I am using was converted to corporate number which recently in Sep`13 was converted back to my personal number. I have been making payments for all my bills on time. Since last month I am being harassed by Vodafone that my payment is pending even though I have made all the payments. Since two of my payments were not reflecting/updating in their system due to technical problem, they wanted some proof so as to rectify the errors. I have been to the Vodafone store thrice in last 15 days with all the details and explained out the situation to the concerned person. They did agree to our explanation and they said they will update the required information.

HOWEVER STILL THE REQUIRED CHANGES HAVE NOT BEEN DONE AND MY OUTGOING CALLS/INTERNET SERVICE HAS BEEN STOPPED. I AM UNNECESSARY FACING ISSUES FOR THE ERROS WITHIN VODAFONE`S SYSTEM. THIS IS ABSOLUTE PATHETIC SERVICE AND GIVES ME ALL THE MORE ASSURANCE TO GO FOR MNP.
