I had purchased a Karbonn S5 Titanium Mobile phone through Flipcart.com on 5/11/2013. 20 days after the purchase of mobile, suddenly the touch screen of the unit was stopped working and not at all responding though I am getting messages as well as incoming calls continuously. But due to the touch screen problem I am unable to pick the phone call as well as unable to operate.

I had been consulted the Ambe Electronics, J 40, 1st floor, Sec-18, Noida (UP) on 27th November 2013 and handed over my unit on their advise to the concerned people for rectification. The executives of Ambe Electronics told me to wait about 20 to 25 days for rectification of the phone problem. Several personnel visits and several phone calls made to the Ambe Electronics after the said period to collect my mobile. But unfortunately those people are saying to me that the unit should transfer to the head office (D-170, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1,New Delhi - 110020) which is located in Okhla area of New Delhi to rectify the another problem, which can be resolved only at head office.

Since last so many days on wards, I am making continuous phone calls to the both Ambe electronics and Okhla head quarters service centre to know about the status of my mobile. But no proper response have not received from both the centres. The Okhla center people are not even picking the phone since several attempts. You might be aware that without any proper information, It is very difficult for me to travel while wasting a huge amount on petrol to visit the servicing centers just for knowing that my unit is not yet ready.
