Dear Sir/Madam,
I had got enrolled with Technowrites Pvt Ltd's DID(Diploma in Instructional Designing) in Distance mode, a year back in Oct 12. I started with the course from Nov-12, but during course time in Dec -12 got an brain attack .
Thereby couldnt continue with course for around 8 to 9 months , accordingly informed trainer about it, immediately in Jan-13. In Sept 13 , somehow restarted with course- but again couldn't push myself with learning. Then, from Dec-13 found phyiscally & mentally fit to learn & grasp and so started with the course. So, I started with Course Assignments, but was told , I had elapsed the course time(which was yr), further, was told to pay if need to extend learning time. I was surprised, inspite of intimating them abt my illness, they didn't consider. Again, as per rule their, I cannot continue with course , then I requested them to atleast acknowledge me attending the training in distance mode.
I want fair juistice, in this case, also want guidance how to go about it.
