I had submitted my complaint number LUC0512130072 of LCD TV not working 30 days back. Your customer care is not responding properly and neither did your engineer attend my problem. The most surprising part is that Videocon closed my complaint without even trying to repair my LCD TV. It really shows the poor state of customer service by Videocon! Whats even more shocking is that even after 30 days, Videocon is not able to provide me with any deadline of resolution. No one has even attempted to repair the LCD TV.
