I had purchased a Renault Duster from tvs and sons vytilla, Kerala. From the next month of purchasing the vehicle i had launched a complaint about frosting of the windscreen during the rain. The same was noted and accepted by the company. But still now no solution has been formulated by the company. Moreover recently the vehicle is also giving engine trouble. I had also brought this to the notice of the company. I had asked for a pick up of the vehicle for the problem to resolved, but till today the company has not adhered to my problem. Moreover rather than resolving the engine issue in a new car they are asking me to pay Rs 250 for the vehicle to be picked up from home. I had also brought this to notice to the management of Renault but they are also not paying heed to my problem. The dealership in Kerala is Tvs and sons and they are the sole dealership in Kerala and so they are doing a dictatorship with customers by levying their own charges and not servicing and resolving the complaints in time.
Due to the windshiel frosting issue i am put to sever difficulty while riding. Once i got stranded in the road for nearly one hour since the windshiedl gets frosted during rains. I was put to lot of mental trauma because of the same. Due to the engine issue, the vehicle is not running proper. It is more than a week since the complaint was brought to the notice of Renault, but they will bring some sort of excuses and have still not taken my vehicle for service. Fearing the vehicle getting break down on road, i dont take my vehicle to office and thus i have been put to lot of mental trauma and business losses.
I want my windshiedl issue to be sorted at the earliest. The company can verywell fit a defogger windshield on my car and resolve the issue. The engine issue has to be solved in priortity since it is affecting by work. The company has to get the engine complaint rectified at no extra cost since it is a new vehicle and under warranty. The company has to stop dictating the customer and stop levying unnecessary charges lick pick up and drop charges etc whih no other car company is levying in kerala
