Complaint Details
We have availed five connections for the business purpose (8378989406,7,8,9,10) and we were facing lot of difficulties concerned with network, call drop and connectivity. We have placed requests and complaints with customer service department but every time we got some message saying that 'your complaints has been resolved.' There was no field visit, no enquiry or no one has contacted us to resolve the issues. I was surprised to see how can this been resolved without attending? The scenario continued. But the promptness was shown in billing. The bill that we have received has a major components of dropped calls. One can see the same number has been dialed again and again just because the call was dropped. We made a request to revise the bill considering the issues, but that was never happened.

Few days back we have received a phone call from the legal department and language that was used by the gentleman was offensive. The representation was quite arrogant. I was disappointed to see the kind of service, answers and level of attention that we have received as a consumers of Idea. I have no other choice but to take this issue to TRAI and to the consumer court for the language that has been used and the quality of service that has been provided by the company.

But I have decided to not to do that at that point of time. I wrote to Mr. Amit Shethia, Appellate MH but I haven't heard from him at all. I have been contacted by Mr. Mahavir Desarda, Customer Service Team, IDEA Cellular Limited- Maharashtra & Goa Circle, and I had a series of emails with him. He has also confirmed that there is some problem with the towers because of the disputes with the land owners, but nothing has been reflected in my bills or he is not providing me any thing in writing. No efforts has been take to resolve or at least to answer the questions that I have raised. Even I have confirmed that we are not against paying bills but why should we pay the bills for the service that we have not received. The question is still unanswered.

I have received the itemized bill for our usages and one can see the call drop ratio. I would like to confirm that we are not against paying bills but we are fighting for the consumers rights and for the justice to receive the quality of service. We would like to know certain things -
1. Why should I pay the bills for such a disgraced service?
2. Why can't you provide favorable service to resolve the complaints? 3. Why can't your legal department use decent language?
4. Who is responsible for the losses we occurred due to the service provided by you?

I have also requested to send any senior authority who can discuss this issue in person and we can resolve it,but no efforts has been taken in this regard as well.

Apart from all these things happened Idea is still asking me for payments through emails and phone calls. Not solving a problems, no providing a quality service and still asking for payment is bothering me a lot and I have been harassed.

I have attached my email conversation and bill for the reference and I hope to get some help and guidance from your side.
