Sir,
I have been diverted falsely by a fake ad by a website called shophunk.com. The ad depicted of Samsung Galaxy mobile for just Rs.799/-. In a repulsive mood I clicked on the ad and paid Rs.800/- through net banking. But, later I came to know that it is a contest that I have to win and then only they distribute the prize. I didn't win that contest held for the month of December 2013. Since I didn't win the contest I asked the website through email to credit back the amount to my account. At first they informed me that I can use the amount in their website as credit points, but I rejected this coz I am not interested. From the second mail they are avoiding giving reply and their customer care number is not also responding to any query. Henc I request you help me in this regard. My bank statement of which showing the debit transaction of Rs.800/- is attached herewith
