Complaint Details
I own & operate a retail store 'Aboutir' at Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai. I sold one garment for Rs. 32,000 to a client. Before delivering to the client, i sent the garment to 'Laundry House' for iron/press. They burnt the garment from the backside & are not taking any responsibility. The owner Randhir Singh was quite rude & refused to address our issue. There is a loss of Rs. 32,000 due to their negligence. Kindly help.
