Ordered a LG Nexus 5 on 16 Dec 2013 and paid the full amount in advance through credit card. On the website of the company it says the consignment will be shipped 8-12 Working Days. But the retailer did not ship the consignment even after 20 Days. In their website they did not update the correct status of the shipment and provide false information about shipment date. The retailer intentionally held the order and the money which forced the customer (myself) to stick to the retailer and be denied to go to any other retailer.
