Complaint Details
I Nitin Puri have deposited an amount of Rs 5000/-vide demand draft no 921404 dated 29.04.11 towards booking of flat at Banikhet, HP. In this regard I have submitted my application for refund of said amount on 07.10.2013 but till date I have not received any amount from HIMUDA. When I enquire from your office, it was intimated to me that your refund will be granted to you within 1 month and now when I called the HIMUDA office regularly from past 2 months, no proper response has been given to me. It is once again requested you to look in to the matter and remit my refund to me.
