Name - Shubham Grover
I returned sony xperia tipo mobile (order no. 935641433) , because touch screen was defected. Product was received by them on 31 DEC. via DTDC courier no.V15143585 .I confirmed it by calling customer care no. on 1st Jan, 2014. They said ,"product is received by us and you will get refund in 5-6 days." I still have not received any SMS or E-mail about refund. I have called many times on Customer care , they always say " wait for 48 hours, we will call you". But i dont receive any response.
