My mobile phone Xolo Q1000(IEMI #911310200509371) was purchased by me on 22/10/2013,since the first day it started giving problems. Consequently I took it to VR Info services as directed by the customer care cell of XOLO. My handset was submitted on 11th December for ear piece issues, and was returned to me on 14th. But now, the phone was not getting charged. I was again asked to visit the same service center by the customer care executive, I was returned the phone the same day. It worked fine for one day, but again started giving charging issues the next day. I was again asked to visit VR Info Services. I submitted the hand set again on 2nd Jan 2014 and was asked to collect it by 6th Jan, but on 6th I was told that my hand set is being sent to the XOLO's Delhi based service center and would be back only after 5th of feb.
Its been a very sour experience using the mobile phone, and the company can't provide timely service. If a person purchases a product and within 3 months of purchase he has to visit the service center thrice, what could be the reliability of the product. The cycle time that the authorized service centers of the company takes is also too long. after such an experience I would like the company to refund me the cost price of the product.
My hard earned money is at stake. the mobile was purchased for Rs. 12499, but even after that I could not use my hand set even for 1 month without problems, further, the pain I under took again and again in visiting the service center is beyond description. The kind of mental harassment is such that the VR Info services representatives never respond to the phone calls now. Even the Xolo Care representatives are unable to tell the exact date of delivery of the handset.
