I have purchased a Bajaj Geyser - Shakti 25L, Serial Number - 8901308709449, purchased on 1-10-2011
The geyser has gone bad numerous times, sometime thermostat, sometime element and tank as well. All in all every year i have to get all parts replaced. Two years of warranty are over. I repeatedly asked for the geyser to be replaced. But they just kept on replacing parts.
Now the tank is under warranty of 5 years. It is leaking for last 30 days and yet to be resolved. Can i get the whole product replaced as it is clear that the product has not functioned properly since day 1.
My last complaint lodged with them is NOI191213003738301-1, dated 19th December. This has not be resolved yet.
