As a sms i had received on 6th Jan,2014 at 15:13hrs from RM-651234(reliance Communications) like 'only for you offer recharge today with Rs. 54 and get 160 STD mins with 30 days validity.' for the same i e recharged with Rs. 54. for that i called no. of times at customer care but the are telling you are not eligible for that offer , than what about my Rs.54?
