Sir/Madam,
With respect, I would like to inform that I had booked a ticket through the irctc online portal. Details is as below.

Due to flood in AP & orisa, train got cancelled and all the passengers could not board the train, and so that on that day I filed TDR service for the same ticket amounting to rupees 1231 only.I thought of waiting to get my money refund back but after waiting for last last 2 months there is no refund.i informed irctc two days before though mail ,i wrote several mail in last 3 days but no response from Irctc.I would like to request you to kindly process my application and do the needful .
