Complaint Details
on 23/9/2013 at merchant KVAN trader, merchant swipped the card for
purchase but merchant said card payment went unsuccessful and demanded
cash payment. I paid using cash and while checked my statements i got RS.1010
charged, ICICI bank is not opening dispute, I had been provided with cash bill receipt from the merchant and i need to charge of rs.1010 to be reversed.
