I've raised a complaint against two unsuccessful transactions made on single travelling ticket with Yes Bank account. I requested them to look into the issue but they are going on deaf whenever I send emails regarding this. For some days they just extended saying that it take 2 more days, 4 more days kind of stories. Please find the below attached document. The first two transactions are unsuccessful and third transaction is successful, I've done all the three transactions on a single ticket. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
