Merchant already got 413 cash payment and said card payment went unsuccesful and got unauthorized credit card payment, ICICI bank not opening dispute for investigation, even though i have valid documents like merchant cash receipt. all evidence attached please help me judges. ICICI bank provide very worst service. I need my 413 unauthorized credit card payment to be reversed.
