I have a three phase electricity connection and in the year 2012 my meter was changed by the pspcl staff and after that i have got the c code bill from the pspcl it was much higher than the usual amount of my bill i visited the office they told me that in the next bill ur bill will be adjusted u need not to be worry and i got the next bill of less amount and i was relaxed.in the month of october 2013 i got a bill amounted 33294 and my consumption is so less and i visit the office and they told me that ur meter number was not updated in our records and you have to deposit the billing amount and when i asked them whose duty is to update the bill no one replied and i refused to deposit the payments and afterwards the came to cut my power connection then in a helplessway i manage the money and deposit the bill and they assured me that all the excess bill will be adjusted in the coming bills.we have send the required advise to the billing section to adjust your future bills.i am agian relaxed.

now i got the bill of amount approximate 91000 and again i visit the office now they arguing that the circle has been changed due to that ur bill was of so huge amount. again i asked them whose fault is this everyone is silent and told me to deposit aount of rs 9800.
please take the strict action against the defaulters and teach them a lesson to not to do again with anyone else.
