Complaint Details
My father bought a tvs xl super from balaji motors, sandila on 10/08/13 on full cash payment.
Till the time we have not receive RC of that moped even after visiting number of times they usued to say it is under process, and now they are saying RC missed somewhere from RTO office so it will take some time and they are representing this is not his fault (missing of RC) so they are not responsible for that.
We can't use that moped because of incomplete paper.
