The complaint is regarding the Stop of TNSTC and SETC buses at various Refreshment centres. The places where the buses stops during the Journey are very dirty and Unhygienic. Apart from this, they charge 50 % more price than the MRP for which they will not provide any bill. The Drivers are supposed to stop only at specified places in a route. These are damn costly (one litre mineral water with MRP Rs. 15 is sold at Rs.25 ) and passengers dont have any other option. What is the reason that the buses are not stopped anywhere in good restaurants/shops which are much cheaper. Every one who uses public transport is a Victim of this crime. Everyone in the state knows this prbolem. I cannot provide any proof as the dont give bill. This is a collaboration between Government agencies and the businessmen.
