Sir, I have booked 4 plots(1200 sqrft each) in oct 2008 for an amount Rs 260000/- through Mr Laxmikanta Kanungo of Shibani Estates and Promoters Sundarpada Project at Bhubaneswar. They registered the plots . But did not give possession till 4 years. When i ade repeated calls about possession, i found that the plot is govt. land.Now nither they are giving e another plot nor returning my money back.Now they are giving me post dated cheques of different dates from march to april total of 5 lakhs. And asking me to return the original registration paper. Please suggest e what to do?Is it worth to accept 5 Lakhs? as the property vale is now 16 Lakhs.
Also should i keep the post dated cheque and retrn the registration paper?Please help me
