Complaint Details
We have lodge the complaint reference aforesaid. Company's Kanpur serivice center person bearing mobile no.8960526086 come at our home and check the our Whirlpool white magic 6.0kgs fully authometic washing machine and said to us. It PCB panel is defective but its not in our stock. so we place the order when it will receive us then we have replace the same and get your washing machine in order. But its complain had elapsed four month no any futher action will be done from the side of whirlpool company.
Today 13-01-2014 we have call again its customer care division. He told me your complain had been closed due to unavalibilty of customer at home. So we therefore request you to please look in this matter and arrange the fault rectification otherwise replace the machine with new one or refund the money from whirlpool company.
