Complaint Details
Terrible experience at Pizza Hut outlet at Oberoi Mall. We were served Non-Veg Lasagne, when the order was given for specifically Veg Lasagne and Veg Quesadillas (both orders even without mushrooms!). Me and my two friends are all Jains!

However, the Quesadillas contained Mushrooms and the Lasagne, when we tasted we found it weird, and another staff told us that it was Chicken Lasange!!

On asking the store manager - Mr Sachin - we were told that the staff who served us - Neel - was new and could not differentiate between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food!

It is unbelievable that an apparently large international brand does not train their staff on basic Indian sensitivities!

Worst place, worst experience.
