I bought blackberry Q10. It stopped working after 3 months; so I submitted my handset to blackberry service center in Mumbai. They had kept the mobile for 20 days saying that they will send it the head office of blackberry service centre in other location. After which they said the mobile cannot be repaired due to moisture in it. They also said that the mobile was out of warranty. I purchased it 3 months before. There is a fault in the handset and it can’t be repaired.
