Cams Corner Private Ltd - Salesperson and representatives for Daikin - Mr. Mohan and Mr. Singh - retail malpractice, fraud and violation of terms and promissory agreements.
On 28th Dec 2013, I purchased a Daikin AC from the retailer Cams Corner Pvt Ltd of Homeland mall, whereby sales rep name Mr. Mohan and Mr. Singh promised delivery and installation of the unit the next day on 29/12/2013. This is also documented on the Invoice. After repeated calls on the next day, finally the delivery person arrived delayed with a repackaged, refurbished, used and tarnished AC unit and attempted to avoid inspection on delivery. I immediately denied acceptance of the unit, and the retailer has till date not delivered the product. The service technicians have damaged my walls, terrace, left partially installed pipes and caused incredible mental harassment. I have made calls every single day to the retailer to check on delivery of unit but the rtailer keeps the drama going by promising delivery the next day. It has been 15 days and the AC unit has not been delivered. I have also threatened to file an FIR in the local police station. The retailer refuses to pick up calls - so I called from another unknown number whereby on being caught the retailer promised delivery on 14th jan. I am convinced the retailer would continue his cheating attempts, and leave me with no option but to pursue legal action. Daikin India delivery and sales office is equally responsible to permit a cheating retailer to operate and sell their products.
