Complaint Details
I bought 3 sandals from yepme.com on 04/09/2013.
But all of them are not suitable for my foot.
So I contacted yepme customer care.
They told to return the product through blue dart and upload the courier charge bill also to refund my money . .
So I did it .Then I Claimed for refund of product charge (Rs 474) and Return Courier Charge (Rs 375).
My Order No is 3584423.I also registered a complaint regarding this on yepme site,the Complaint ID is 335934.
But till now they didn't give any refund ,they cheated me.Kindly see attachments product bill,Return courier bill
