Complaint Details
that I had been given an ICICI Coral Credit Card by a sales executive Sameer and was promised that it would be free of charge. Also, I had also been promised that I shall be receiving a joining kit which would include gifts vouchers that would be free of cost.
However, I was surprised to see my Credit Card statement that shows my account has been debited with Rs. 1123.60. I am highly dissatisfied with such kind of assistance provided by ICICI Bank. If this is how the Bank provides services with false promises very soon ICICI shall lose its brand image. Not just me, but I know a couple of few more colleagues who have been misguided in the similar manner.
I have dropped them an email but heard no response from them.
