I was informed that annual Grand sports packages charges are Rs.4510, according I have deposited Rs.4700 on 14th Dec'2013. However, Now Tata sky is asking Rs.4730 and started debited daily charges instead of renewing the pacakege at Rs.4510/-
This is unfiar and unethical practice being followed by tatasky and customer care executive are brainless, who do not understand what customer is writing and only sending standard reply.
I have wasted more than 5-6 hours but tatasky people to unable to understand simple problem.
I have requested to renew the annual grand ports package at a cost of Rs.4510 w.e.f 1st jan'2014 and reverse daily charges debited to me.
Please help me
