I have purchased Crizal Spectacle lens from M/s Jiya Opticals(ph 9818790002) , Sector 40 , Gurgaon Spectacles were handed over to my wife and money was taken by Vendor on 11th Jan 2014 .I have surprised to see that while doing FOG test CRIZAL is appearing only on one lense not on another lense . When I spoke to Vendor he had given us clarification that this could be due to cutting of lense but both the lenses are genuine.
I had purchase these costly lenses due to world class quality of CRIZAL . Pl advice how to check the genuineness of lenses as these lenses cost me Rs 3800/- . Help me for saving my hard earned money.
