Complaint Details
I had availed the Hair Smoothing Treatment from the Orchids Salon and they damaged and burnt my hair.

On asking for a treatment for the damage the owner said that they cannot do anything and i will have to pay for the treatment.

If they have damaged my hair it is their responsibility to provide treatment.

There are other women with the same complaint and this salon is only ripping us off.

I want the Salon to refund my money so that I can go to a good salon for my treatment as I cannot trust them anymore.
