Complaint Details
I purchased the Sony Ion phone in Feb 2012. But just within two months of use, the phone started to hang, and sometimes calls could not go through. I have been to the company service centre many times over the last 11 months but the problems persist and there is no resolution. The phone is still under 1 year warranty. Despite promises being made to fix it, and phone being taken for fixing, nothing has changed. They have also misbehaved and acted callously. They refuse to exchange the handset. Please help.
