Dear Sir
I had did a running repair for my Ritz Vxi vehicle on 08/12/2013 with Invoice No:BR13009592 Job Card No:JC13011297at Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd Service center at Thrissur.Now the work that you did was not perfect as the compliant had reoccurred after two days and i had reported the same to your customer care manager and mechanic.Also the nitrogen filling done by your persons have some problem's in 1 week the level got decreasing.

Now when i checked with the other Maruti Authorized Service Center at Thrissur (BRD,Indus,Sai),they are having the Lab-our charge of Rs 150 for Front Stablizer Bar R&R which you had billed Rs350 under part no:ZA10L1.On consultation with Maruti came to know that there is only unique charge for a lab our but here only Popular have different charge compared to other three dealer who are having unique charge.
Please do refund Rs500 for cheating with overcharge by making manipulation in Maruti site.If you are not ready for the same do intimate within 2 working days(have conveyed this 1 week before to Daisy,Customer Care Manager,Service Center but she is making me in hold by repeating same answer that higher authority are making discussion).

Be it you discuss with higher authority or anyone i will not wait for long and with the proof of your bill and the quotation from other workshop i will register a compliant at the consumer court for cheating as well as to higher authority of Maruti to check the billing system of Popular.
