Complaint Details
My car got accident on 10th Jan 2014 and I sent my car (to Fahrenheit Automobiles, Wazirpur, New Delhi) for repair under insurance claim on 11th Jan 2014.
I have a zero depreciation insurance policy for my Skoda Rapid Car (HR 26 BR 1833). My insurance policy number is 2013-V2280872-FPV and my customer ID is 19260757.
The survey of car happened on Monday (13-Jan-2014).
The accident was in such a way that a bus hit from left-behind of the car and left side of the car impacting from tail-light to rear-gate of the car from left side.
The impact was also so powerful that a bike in the right-front of the car also touch the car and put the scratch and also a vehicle in front of the vehicle.
The surveyor is allowing very few portion for the repair and not allowing remaining things by saying that it is not justified. Instead of saying description of accident that I mentioned in the claim form is not fully descriptive, he is saying that damage in vehicle is not justified by accident. Surveyor also mis-behaved on telephone (Pardeep Yadav - +91-9311282888). The Surveyor is so ill-mannered that he called at workshop and asked supervisor to stop working on the partly allowed (already allowed) damage in survey.
