Complaint Details
Disconnected the my sim card when I was on roaming, where I maintained recharge in every 3 months as per TATA Docomo to retain connection. It was done due to maintaining a Non-revenue connection with TATA. Also they claimed they sent me a text message before disconnection and I never received it. Upon asking customer care execitve asked to sent ID proofs I sent the required documents which was rejected for no reason.
