HI All,

As far as Make my trip feedback is concerned it was the pathetic experience I ever had. I visited the hotel with my team. We were 20 members. The person at reception told me up front that there is stinking smell in the rooms below. Even before we actually saw the rooms. When we visited the rooms they were actually stinking with damp smell , some of us could hardly breathe, which made it impossible to stay there. Staff themselves even told me that in some rooms TV and some lights wont be functional. I have attached some pictures of room which shows the reason of dingy & damp smell. we were 20 in number and booked 7 rooms thinking about Make My Trip will help us in getting good rooms. But I was not aware that Make My Trip also do frauds like this. I am very disappointed from Make my trip that I will never be a Make my Trip customer and will never suggest any one to opt Make my trip. At Last I paid Rs 7200 in addition to Rs 11868 which I earlier paid to Make My Trip. Earlier we planned 20 people in 7 rooms but as we were stuck with the situation we adjusted 20 people in 6 rooms. After all this I came to know that Hotel staff is saying that we got good view outside the hotel. Although Out of 6 rooms, In 4 rooms there was wall outside the window. This is what Make my trip planned for me and my team.

I have attached the pathetic pictures of the room which were shown to me earlier when I paid Rs 11868 for 7 rooms and a letter head from hotel showing that I paid Rs 7200 in addition to Rs 11868.
Today I received call from representative of Make my trip saying Hotel owner is not coming in conference call and MMT Area Manager coming in between and offered me Rs 4000 refund. You should now understand how pathetic the situation of hotel is that he is not willing to come on conference call. I don't mind if he don't come on conference call. If he issue me refund of complete upgrading amount of Rs 7200. I will appreciate it. I am not at fault so there is no point in compromising the balance amount of Rs3200. It was Hotel fault and they are liable to refund me complete Rs 7200.
Early action will be appreciated.
