I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand I9082 on 04-07-2013 from Infibeam.com. After few days it started giving sound problem. Music sound of phone goes off intermittently. When I contacted Samsung Service centre in NOIDA they told me that one part of the phone is missing however phone was never opened earlier.This means that Infibeam has sold me a Re-furbished product at the cost of New phone. Samsung is not ready to cover the phone in warranty.
