My samsung customercare complain number is 8460799100 ... i had display problem with my Samsung Note 2 phone ... i just bought note 2on Nov 5h 2013... went to customer service centre in parrystech they said its water log i have to change board and display n said it will be charge Rs.15000 n they said will do it chaper rate WITH OUT BILL its will charge Rs.9000 ... i thought something fishy so i went to other samsung service centre then went to triplicane they said only display problem I got confused my friend advise me to go service centre in Anna Nagar they said both board n display problem ... then i went to back parrytech service centre they said will do it in Cheaper rare n u wont get bill ... i agreed they took mobile from me n my bill photo copy n told me to come next week .... then i went off ... later in the evening i got call from parrystech service centre there they saying ur camera has been change its S3 camera n ur network cable missing n later i saw my mobile my panel was changed ... i got shocked to hear this ... then i went back to anna nagar service centre they said its not possible part change hear ... then i went to parrystech service centre to meet service manager he is not willing to meet me n he is very rude n ... i gave complain to customer care but they are not responding am waiting for the call from supervisor from past 36 hours i still dint get call ... big Fraud is going on pls do something so other customer wont get cheated ... its been 2 months i got mobile n its my hard earned money ... pls pls pls help me out with this now i got cheated n this scam happen to me ... i register complain 10 days before ... still has not been solved
