Complaint Details
The store, as they advertise, are show rooms, in which, as per their words, they keep sample items and if we buy these goods, they ask us to pick them up a day or 2 later, because they come directly pressed and finished from the factory. We had then bought Indian clothes worth 16,980/-. The goods we saw in the shop had few faults which they had promised, wouldn't be there in the new piece, but those exact faults were in all the pieces. Clothes were also packed un-ironed.They refuse to exchange or make any refunds on any of the items. A total rip off. After spending that kind of money, we do expect some kind of adjustment. We are foreigner's from fiji who planned a wedding in India and wished to at least take back good memories and wear good clothes... the wedding is on the 19thof January and all we have is a bunch of faulty clothes... Unfortunately we did most of our wedding shopping there.
