I recharged my mobile from www.airtel.in to get 1GB of 2G data valid for 30 days.

This recharge was done from above site Transaction ID : 114907305. I was expecting a balance of 1GB in my account but it was not there in my account.

I called the 121, they said that this recharge is not available in online offer.
But i see that offer in the website. How come this be true? They also say that we need to select the circle from the site while recharging. But there was not option of selecting circle on this site.

They said that I got 60 ISD mins in place of getting 1G data balance.

Why this site is cheating the customer ? I many times recharge from internet this issue is causing me loose my belief on Airtel and their products.

Although my amount is very less, the question is of belief on Airtel.
