I am regular subscriber of daily LOKMAT solapur. My wife Ms. Shradha Sulakhe has subscribed for LOKMAT SAKHI MANCH on 17/01/2014 at Tejas Stationary near Walchand college solapur. They have given her the subscription no. and card but they refused to give her reliance netconnect dongle free of cost and they demanded me Rs. 999/- for recharge to give dongle, but as per your advertisement published in LOKMAT solapur that LOKAMT SAKHI MANCH is giving dongle free of cost (for more details please see the attached file of LOKAMT solapur advertisement pointing out FREE RELIANCE NETCONNECT DONGLE). I also called the mobile numbers mentioned in the advertisement but they also denied that the dongle is free of cost and your representative told me that I have to do recharge of Rs. 999/- then and then only the dongle is given to me. I asked them that, what they are saying, is not mentioned in advertisement and it is clearly mentioned in advertisement, that LOKAMT SAKHI Manch is giving FREE OF COST DONGLE and recharge is at subscribers will. Inspite of repeated request from me, your representative is not at all accepting that the DONGLE is FREE. As per your advertisement free dongle is my right after subsription and recharge of 999/- rupees is not at all compulsory, it is at subscribers will to do it or not. LOKMAT can not impose me to make recharge of Rs. 999/- compulsory on FREE DONGLE. This malpractice and is not as per advertise by LOKMAT Sakhi manch and it seems that you are not keeping your WRITTEN promise. If it is so then this is a shear cheating. I am officially complaining this to you and Chief of LOKMAT Solapur about the above mentioned issue happened with my wife. I am requesting you to please take the matter seriously and resolve it as early as possible.
